These homemade and dog-friendly Valentine’s conversation hearts are a nutritious twist on the classic, made with wholesome ingredients & natural colors!

Ingredients
· 1 cup Greek yogurt
· 1 tbsp blue spirulina
· 1 cup oat flour
· ⅓ cup peanut butter
· ⅓ cup coconut oil

Directions
1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and blue spirulina until combined.
2. Fill the mold halfway with the mixture, and set & freeze for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, combine the oat flour, peanut butter, and coconut oil in a bowl until a dough-like consistency is formed. Option to add 5 crumbled Dog is Human multivitamins to the dough.
4. Grab the mold from the freezer, and add dough mixture on top. Push firmly into the mold to set.
5. Freeze for 3 hours, and enjoy!
