Ingredients

· ½ cup pumpkin puree

· ¾ cup greek yogurt

· 1 tsp turmeric

· 1 ½ cup ice

· 1 banana

· 1 cup pineapple

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the pumpkin purée, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, turmeric, and 1/2 cup ice. Blend until smooth and add to a separate glass.

2. Next, blend the banana, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup ice until smooth. Add to another glass.

3. Lastly, combine the pineapple, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup ice in a blender until smooth.

4. Freeze each glass of the 3 mixtures for 2 hours until slightly hardened.

5. To layer, add the pineapple yellow mixture as the base, then the orange pumpkin mixture, and top it off with the white banana mixture.

6. Add a Dog is Human Multivitamin as a garnish.
