Ingredients
¡ 1 filet of salmon
¡ 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Directions
1. Slice the salmon into bite size pieces, and add to a baking sheet.
2. Brush with coconut oil until coated.
3. Bake at 300°F for 30 min, shaking the pan halfway through to get crispy. Or air fry at 375°F for 15 min, shaking halfway through.
4. Let cool completely, and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
